Requirements

Strong experience in character design and illustration.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma.

Experience with Adobe After Effects and Motion Design.

Experience with AI-assisted creative tools and prototyping for concept development and visual exploration.

Ability to create high-quality illustrations and visual assets for digital platforms.

Ability to create motion graphics, animated illustrations, kinetic typography, and simple animations.

Strong understanding of composition, color, typography, and visual storytelling.

Ability to adapt creatives for different formats and platforms.

Understanding of iGaming / gaming visual trends.

Strong conceptual thinking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Create digital illustrations and visual concepts for marketing and brand campaigns.

Develop visual content for social media, digital advertising, websites, and presentations.

Create motion graphics, animated illustrations, and short-form animations.

Develop visual assets for events, exhibitions, partnerships, and product communications.

Use AI tools to explore concepts, create prototypes, and speed up the creative process.

Turn briefs and ideas into polished visual concepts and final assets.

Adapt creatives for different platforms and formats.

Maintain and develop SPRIBE’s illustration and motion visual style.

Build and maintain a library of reusable visual and motion assets.

Follow new trends in digital illustration, motion design, and AI creative tools.

Portfolio Requirements

Portfolio with examples of character design and illustration.

Portfolio must include motion design / animation.

Examples of AI-assisted creative work or prototyping.

Experience with marketing and campaign-driven creatives.

Experience with iGaming, gaming, entertainment, or advertising is a plus.

Nice to Have

Experience in iGaming, gaming, sports, entertainment, or advertising.

Experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, or other 3D tools.

Experience with VFX, compositing, or post-production.

Experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar.
